PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We use a hybrid social enterprise model with three legal entities to ensure impact & financial sustainability We design & manufacture a range of high quality, rural appropriate assistive devices for children. We use an ecosystemic approach to inclusion. This includes disability dialogues: addressing sigma & bias, ECD programs: supporting early intervention & inclusion, parent to parent network using existing cell technology to monitor policy delivery We have invested 7 years in bringing our production up to international ISO standards so that we can leverage export as an income stream to subsidize our community development expansion into more under resourced regions in Africa. We are ready to scale and now need help with entering markets that are foreign to us.

Project Objectives

  • market entry analysis ; potential agents and leads identified; roadblocks identified; implementation plan in place
  • business plan completed
