In 2010, the Making More Health initiative was born out of a joint vision to combine Boehringer Ingelheim’s philosophy of “Value Through Innovation” and Ashoka’s experience in social entrepreneurship. Its mission: To create shared value by increasing access to healthcare for people, animals and their communities. The initiative has become an important part of Boehringer Ingelheim’s DNA, with the MMH Connect platform set to take this success story to the next level.

Through its extensive network, it finds and cultivates social entrepreneurs around the world, whose system-changing innovations solve deep-rooted social problems.
