PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are a subteam of Ashoka dedicated to partnership with companies, to bring social impact via their core business and support their employees in becoming changemakers. We are a global team, with team members in the US and in Europe. Because we are growing, we recently described the skills and the roles our team needs and would like to build a development plan to for our team. We do not have high expertise in HR and so would like to get support on how to do it.
