PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SPOON currently uses an internally developed compensation plan, which we would like someone with expertise in the field to review and provide feedback on. Specific things to look at are our salary grades and criteria, our current salaries, methodology for adjusting salaries. how to move in/out of grades, etc.

Project Objectives

  • Review of our existing compensation plan
  • Recommendations for improvement/changes

ABOUT SPOON

SPOON’s mission is to nourish children who are highly vulnerable to malnutrition by empowering their caregivers around the globe. We create sustainable change in policy and practice so that the 250 million children with disabilities and children living outside of family care may receive optimal feeding and nutrition care. SPOON transforms nutrition and feeding by empowering caregivers with training, tools, and advocacy. We work with international and local partners to deliver solutions that are locally contextualized, owned, and sustained.
